Hello!
What a week what a week. I was warned that if I wasn't careful this calling to take over the work and I'm starting to see that. There are so many things to do and not enough time to say the least. I can happily report though that the branch had the first ever branch presidency meeting before church this last week. I got them together and we discussed business. Overall it went well and I'm pretty excited about our potential to do things here.
Overall, I don't have too much to report this week as it was pretty normal. I'm receiving a new companion though and that is pretty exciting. It'll be Elder Lundgren from Sandy Utah. We served together in the MTC and our first week in Tennessee. I'm pretty excited about working with him.
I had an investigator also text message me asking if she could love me. I told her no. I hope she didn't take it too had but the rules and all that forbid such relationships. I'm also not interested as well but I made sure not to tell her that I don't want to break her heart. I won't lie I think it was the new pants I just got from the tailor. They are pretty fly,
We also had Zone Conference with President Vinas from the Area Presidency. That was pretty cool and he had some great advice about applying the atonement in our lifes every day. It was really good and I really enjoyed it. He said that everything we do in the church from the geography chapters in het Boek van Mormon to the deacon qurom meeting is all related to the atonement. We just have to find the application. I'm still pondering the geography chapters now. What am I missing?
