Hello Family!
The eternal summer rolls on! I don't believe I've ever had a summer that has lasted so long. I won't lie, I'm looking for to the fall it'll be great!
Either way, it was a pretty vanilla week this last week. Not a whole lot happened but there is one thing of importance. My companion and I have been struggling recently in using the Book of Mormon when teaching lessons. That changed though on Thursday when I decided that every lesson needed at least one scripture from the Book of Mormon. I think the biggest change was the spirit. Every lesson we taught had the spirit. It was great, I loved it, it was the best day I've had this transfer. I wish that I had decided to do that all the way back in the beginning it would have changed lives and I know that for sure! The Book of Mormon, in my mind and from a quote from a prophet somewhere, is the fastest and most powerful way to bring the spirit. It is undeniable to me. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and I know that it can and does change lives.
I love you all a lot and Mothers Day is on Sunday so my Dad will have to let you know how things are going! Transfer call come this Saturday for the last transfer should be pretty interesting!
